In response to the trust of a mm who loves Scone, he made new flavors during the Chinese New Year break, and never asked the lgg that I wanted to eat, but took the initiative to pack all the leftovers O(∩_∩)O haha~
But having said that, Cheddar is no better than cream cheese, mascarpone == everyone loves and so on, the ones you don't like will still feel stinky.

Cheddar Cheese Scones

1. Room temperature (14 degrees) butter, rub with your fingertips together with flour, sugar and salt; add diced cheese (yellow on the right) and a little dried basil

2. White powder, this is a kneaded powder and oil mixture

3. Add the milk, first stir with chopsticks to form a dough. When there is a small amount of dry powder left on the bottom of the basin, pour it on the operating table. Use your hands to close together firmly. Slowly press the dry powder into the dough. Do not knead the dough. Use a rolling pin to flatten it. Flatten, relax for 10 minutes, and cut into shapes you like

4. Oven at 190 degrees, about 20 minutes for middle level

5. Finished product
