Cheese Anchovy Shrimp

Shell the shrimp, leave the last section of the tail, cut the back to remove the shrimp line, and clean it.

Marinate with salt, white pepper and cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Cut the cheese slices into strips, roll the prawns, and fix them with toothpicks.

Pat a layer of dry starch, stick a layer of egg liquid.

Wrap a layer of bread crumbs and remove the toothpicks.

Stick another layer of egg liquid, and then coat it with breadcrumbs.
7.
At 50% oil temperature, deep fry until golden.
8.
Put on the absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.
Tips:
The cheese should be fixed with a toothpick to get the egg liquid better.
If you want the ball to be bigger, wrap it in egg wash and breadcrumbs a few more times.
