Cheese Baked Bun

Prepare the ingredients and chop the mustard.

Cut the ham sausage into small cubes.

Cut the garlic moss into small cubes.

Heat the pan, add oil, pour in the diced mustard and ham and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor.

Finally, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry, turn off the heat and cool.

Put it into a container, add minced mozzarella, pork floss, and cumin powder, mix well.

Cut off the top of the steamed bun flat with a knife.

Use a spoon to hollow out the inside, don't dig through the bottom or make the outer wall of the bun too thin.

Fill the inside of the steamed bun with the mixed stuffing and compact it.

Brush the egg yolk around the buns.

Put it into the oven, 200 degrees, 20 minutes.

When there is 2 minutes left, take out the cheese slices and cover the surface of the steamed buns.

Put it in the oven again to the end.
Tips:
1. Dongling—DL3706 for the oven. The time and temperature of the oven are for reference only.
2. If the cheese slices are darker in color, they can be put in the oven in advance.
