Cheese Baked Mashed Potatoes

Two larger potatoes, cleaned, peeled and cut into pieces. Then steam the potato pieces for use.

Crush the steamed potatoes until they are not hot. Try to be as fine and crushed as possible, or pass them through a sieve for a better taste. Sieve even if the steamed potatoes are put in a fine mesh colander and pressed into a puree with a spoon.
