Cheese Baked Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, put them on the cage, and steam them over high heat.

The potatoes are steamed and taken out.

The broccoli blanched is too cold. The peas and corn kernels are also blanched. (I used the cooked one, so I blanched it lightly.)

Put the potatoes in a fresh-keeping bag and press them into puree. This operation is more convenient.

Put the mashed potatoes, corn and peas in a bowl, add salt and salad dressing. Mix well. It can be replaced with other sauces or seasonings.
