Cheese Baked Potatoes and Broccoli

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and boil them softly in boiling water. A fork can be easily inserted. Add broccoli before the potatoes are cooked and cook for one minute

Cut the garlic and apply to the bottom and inside of the baking pan. Then apply a layer of butter. Grind the nutmeg into a powder, and mix it with the cream, French sour cream, salt, and black pepper as a sauce

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Drain the boiled potatoes and broccoli, pour them into a baking tray, pour in the seasoned sauce, and finally sprinkle with cheese. Put it in the oven and bake for half an hour
