Cheese Baked Rice

A bowl of rice. Pour out the tomato sauce and set aside

Thaw the pork and cut into small pieces, beat in an egg and stir well. Add some salt to taste

Spread the rice on the bottom of the mold, and spread the pork and eggs on top

Pour tomato juice evenly, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 8 minutes
Tips:
1. Pork and eggs are mixed together, the pork will be tender and not easy to roast;
2. The rice can be cooked or leftovers. Dryer is better.
