Cheese Baked Rice

The ingredients are reserved. Cut the side dish into small dices.

Pour canola oil into the pot.

Heat the oil, pour in the egg liquid, loosen it, and push to the side of the pot.

Pour in the diced carrots and diced sausage and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the crab mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in purple rice, stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Put the fried rice in a baking bowl.

Spread thick mozzarella cheese.
