Cheese Beef Mashed Potatoes

Potatoes diced and steamed in water

Mashed potatoes, add pepper, salt, light cream and mix well

Mashed potatoes spread the bottom of the baking bowl

Cooked beef chopped and spread on mashed potatoes

Spread cheese slices

Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese

For about 20 minutes at 200 degrees (according to your own oven), the cheese can be grilled slightly!
Tips:
1. The cooked beef and mashed potatoes I use are also cooked, so the upper temperature can be higher, so that the cheese shreds can be colored early! 2. If there is no cream, you can use milk instead, it doesn't matter if you don't put it, because I used 2 kinds of cheese, the milk flavor is already strong!
