Cheese Curry Chicken Baked Rice

Cook the rice. Blanch the potatoes, carrots, and onions until cooked.

Add oil and garlic, and fry the chicken.

Add potatoes, carrots, and onions, and stir-fry well. Medium fire. Add an appropriate amount of water, put the curry cubes in, and melt. After the curry cubes have melted, simmer until slightly thickened.

Spread the rice flat into the container, pour the curry evenly, and spread it flat.

Spread cheese slices.

Put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down, 180 degrees, bake for 8 minutes.

Tips:
If you want a thicker one, add more salt, cheese, and curry cubes.
