Cheese Mashed Potatoes

The potatoes are steamed and pressed into a puree. Add whipped cream, pepper, salt, and butter while it is still hot, mix well and set aside.

Put butter in the pan, saute the garlic, add the washed and drained seafood, and fry until the moisture is almost dry.

Slice the chicken sausage.

Take a large bowl and spread a layer of mashed potatoes, about 1.5cm thick.

Spread the fried seafood, and then spread a layer of shredded cheese, if you like cheese, you can spread it thicker

Spread a layer of mashed potatoes to cover the seafood, then spread the chicken sausage, and then spread the cheese.

Finally, spread the remaining mashed potatoes and sprinkle with a little vanilla, if you don’t have it, don’t use it. Then spread the remaining cheese.

Spread the last mashed potato and spread the remaining cheese.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then add the mashed potatoes and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Add basil for decoration and sprinkle a few cashew nuts (just put whatever you like).
