Get used to the oven version of the cheese baked potato mash, and occasionally try the microwave version of the creamy cheese mashed potato. The delicate taste will definitely make you amazing.

Cheese Mashed Potatoes

1. Peel fresh potatoes;

2. Cut into pieces and cook in a pot;

3. Remove, add butter while hot, and crush the potatoes;

4. Add fresh milk, cheese and salt;

5. Using a food processor, stir the mashed potatoes until a delicate paste;

6. Put the cheddar cheese in the middle, put it in the microwave and bite it on high heat for 90 seconds; garnish with basil leaves, and start eating.

7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on the mashed potatoes in another utensil, put it in the microwave, and heat it on high for 60 seconds.

Tips:

When the mashed potatoes are put into the microwave, do not fill them too much, or they will easily overflow; the amount of fresh milk depends on personal preference. If you like thinner, you can add a little more milk.
