Cheese, Potato and Coconut Balls

The potatoes are peeled and cut into pieces and steamed in a pot;

Mince onion; mince coriander and chives; mince cheese;

Press the steamed potatoes into a puree, add onions, coriander and chives, add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, and various spices, mix well;

If it is too thin, add glutinous rice flour or flour and mix well;

Make an appropriate amount of mashed potatoes into small cakes, add cheese cubes in the middle, and knead them into a circle;

Prepare egg liquid and shredded coconut in the bowl respectively. Dip the potato balls with egg liquid and then coat with a layer of shredded coconut;

Heat the meatballs in a pan, add the prepared coconut shreds and fry until golden.
