Cheese Shrimp Balls

Wash the potatoes, peel them, slice them, and steam them.

Wash the shrimp to remove the shrimp thread, peel off the skin, and cut off the third part of the tail.

Reserve the prawn tails for later use, and mince the prawns.

The steamed potatoes are pressed into a puree.

Tips:
The shrimp thread must be cleaned. I did not peel the shrimp meat along with the shrimp tail to prevent the shrimp tail from falling off. The shape is more beautiful~
