This cherry blossom jelly can be tasted in two flavors, milky and lemony. I wrote the first layer of ingredients in the main ingredients, the method and ingredients are the same as my last recipe panna cotta; the second layer of ingredients is marked with auxiliary ingredients, two flavors, more distinct. With cherry blossom embellishment, it is even more pleasing to the eye.

Tips:

1. The cherry blossoms should be soaked in warm water, hot water is easy to fade, cold water is not easy to soak.
2. After gelatin is soaked softly, it is better to mix with other liquids after it is melted in microwave or hot water.
3. When making the first layer of pan milk jelly, the cold water does not have to be boiled until the white sugar melts.
