Cherry Blossom Jelly

The salted cherry blossoms are washed twice with cold water to remove the salt. Then soak in warm water.

Add white sugar to a pot of cold water, and turn off the heat until the white sugar melts.

Add milk powder and stir well.

Pour in warm milk and mix well.

Add gelatin powder and continue to stir and let cool.

Pour into the prepared cup and put the glass in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the gelatine into small pieces and soak in cold water to soften.

Put it in the microwave oven for 10 seconds to melt completely.

Add honey and lemon to cool boiling water to taste. Add the melted gelatine from step 8 and mix well.

Take out the panna cotta in the refrigerator and put cherry blossoms on it.

Pour the mixture in step 9 into the cup, and use a toothpick to gently pick up the cherry blossom petals. Put it in the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour before eating.
Tips:
1. The cherry blossoms should be soaked in warm water, hot water is easy to fade, cold water is not easy to soak.
2. After gelatin is soaked softly, it is better to mix with other liquids after it is melted in microwave or hot water.
3. When making the first layer of pan milk jelly, the cold water does not have to be boiled until the white sugar melts.
