Cherry Jelly

The cherries are pitted.

Put the water, xanthan gum, and konjac gum into the mixing cup and beat for 1 minute.

Pour into a non-stick pan, add sugar and salt, and cook until slightly boiled. Cook for 2 minutes.

First pour a part of the glue into the mold and put the cherries in.
5.
Then top up with glue.
6.
After cooling, it can be eaten out of the mold.
