Cherry Radish in Fruit Vinegar

Break off the stems of the cherry radish, wash and drain

Cut off the head and tail of the washed cherry radish, and cut into a flower knife of 1-2 mm, without cutting the bottom
3.
Add a little salt to the chopped cherry radishes, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes
4.
Mix the fruit vinegar, sugar and a proper amount of boiled water to make a sauce for later use
5.
After the marinated cherry radish is squeezed dry, pour the seasoning juice and mix well.
