Cherry Tomatoes and Egg Soup

Cherry tomatoes cut and set aside

Beat the eggs and set aside
3.
Stir-fry cherry tomatoes in a hot pan
4.
When the cherry tomatoes are out of water, add water
5.
After the water is boiled, pour the egg liquid
6.
Use chopsticks to beat the egg liquid
7.
Season with salt
8.
Turn off the fire and put the soup in a bowl
Tips:
The eggs must be broken up first, so that they won’t become lumps.
