Chestnut and Red Bean Toast
1.
Pour egg liquid and water into the container, add sugar and salt.
2.
Pour in high flour and put dry yeast on top.
3.
Turn on the chef's machine at gear 2, mix the noodles into a dough, and add butter. Continue to knead until the butter is completely absorbed and the dough becomes smooth.
4.
Round the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
5.
Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape.
6.
Spread the chestnut and red bean paste on one end of the dough.
7.
Then roll up the filling, turn it over and pinch the bottom of the dough tightly, as well as both sides.
8.
Put the dough seal down and put it in the toast box.
9.
Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven, put the bread to ferment for 40 minutes, the volume becomes larger, and the surface is brushed with egg liquid after taking it out. Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. After an egg is broken, leave a little bit to brush the surface, so there is no need to waste eggs.
2. If the dough keeps shrinking after being rolled out, you can roll it out and let it relax for a few minutes so that it will not shrink.
3. After the bread is baked for 15 minutes, observe the coloring, and the surface color should be covered with tin foil in time.
