Chestnut and Red Dates Hoof Soup
1.
Wash the trotters and set aside (it’s better to chop them into pieces, but I forgot when I bought them).
2.
Soak red dates and peanuts in clear water for half an hour and wash them off.
3.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil it, add the pig's feet to blanch for about 10 minutes, remove and wash.
4.
Boil the chestnuts in salted water for 15 minutes, remove the chops, and peel them while they are hot.
5.
Put the trotters in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil.
6.
Skim the foam, pour some dark soy sauce and cooking wine, and simmer for 2 hours.
7.
Put in the chestnuts.
8.
Add red dates and peanuts.
9.
Continue to simmer for half an hour, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence.
Tips:
1. The pig's trotters were not cut into pieces, but they were stale after being stewed for 3 hours.
2. Put a bit of pigskin together, and the taste is not bad.
3. The rest is good to eat cold.
