Chestnut Chicken Soup

Put the chicken in the pot, pour water, add sliced ginger and green onion, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat, and cook for 1 minute;

The blanched chicken is washed with running water, put in the stewing pot, and then put in the separately prepared ginger, green onion and American ginseng slices;

Add enough clean water, no more water later, so you must add enough this time;

Power on the stewing pot, select "Meat", and simmer for 1 hour;

In addition, prepare a lettuce and an appropriate amount of goji berries; peel the lettuce, wash and cut into a hob shape; soak the goji berries in clean water for a few minutes in advance, and wash them for later use;

Tips:
1. Before boiling the chicken soup, blanch it so that the soup is cooler and has no peculiar smell;
2. Before putting the wolfberry into the soup, soak it in water for a few minutes; it can wash off the ash and other impurities on the surface of the wolfberry.
