Chestnut Chicken Soup

The chicken was washed away with blood and chopped into pieces.

Boil the chicken in a pan under cold water, remove it and rinse.

Wash and slice ginger for later use.

Rinse the chestnut after peeling it.

Put the chicken, chestnut, and ginger slices in a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, and boil on high heat.

After boiling, turn to medium and low heat for about 1 hour, and season with a little salt before cooking.
