Chestnut Congee with Red Dates

Barley should be washed and soaked one hour in advance.

Red dates, glutinous rice, chestnuts.
3.
Wash the red dates and soak for a while.

Put water in the pot and bring to a boil, then add the barley and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the red dates and cook for another 5 minutes.
6.
Put the glutinous rice and cook for another 20 minutes.
7.
Finally, add the chestnuts and cook for 10 minutes, and the porridge will be cooked when it is thick.
