Sometimes I’m too lazy to fry three dishes and one soup, so fried rice and rice will be served. The ingredients are mixed together, it’s delicious and simple.

Ingredients

Chestnut Fried Rice

1. Shell and peel the chestnut, wash and slice. Dice the meat rolls. Cut garlic sprouts into puree

2. Heat the wok and add oil, pour in the diced meat rolls, fry until the meat rolls are cooked and golden on both sides, then serve on a plate for later use.

3. Saute the garlic seedlings in hot oil, set aside

4. Heat oil, stir fry the chestnuts in the pan, add water and simmer

5. Add appropriate amount of salt and continue to simmer until the juice is collected

6. Pour in the diced meat rolls, garlic sprouts, and stir fry with the chestnuts evenly

7. Low heat, pour in the basmati rice cooked in advance

8. Turn on a small fire and fish all evenly.

Tips:

You can add shiitake mushrooms. The shiitake mushrooms should be soaked first, washed, diced, and deep-fried. The taste will be better.
