Chestnut Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Prepare the ingredients first. You can put more red dates. I forgot to buy them. I only use a few.
2.
Wash the ribs again, then boil them in the pot for five minutes, remove them and wash them with warm water.
3.
Put the washed ribs in a casserole, pour in a proper amount of water, select the soup button, and set the time for two hours.
4.
Wash the chestnuts again, put in a spoon of salt, pour in hot water and simmer for five minutes, then remove the shells and peel them one by one, so that the chestnuts will be peeled faster and will not hurt your hands. Moldy chestnuts are not edible. If they are only a little black, they can be peeled off with a knife.
5.
When there is half an hour left in the soup, add the washed chestnuts and red dates, and continue to cook the soup.
6.
When there are ten minutes left in the soup, add the washed goji berries, and finally sprinkle in salt, mix well, and then enjoy it out of the pot.
Tips:
I always blanch the meat when I use it to make soup, so that the soup will be more delicious.
