Chestnut Roast Chicken

Wash the chicken and cut into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chicken nuggets and stir fry.

Until the oil in the chicken skin is fried.

Add light soy sauce and cooking wine, sauté until fragrant.

Add water, ginger, dried chili, star anise, pepper, rock sugar, and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Wash the chestnuts and peel them for later use. I bought them directly and peeled them.
7.
Add the chestnuts and continue to cook for about 30 minutes until the chestnuts are soft.
8.
Open the lid and collect the juice.
