Chestnut Roasted Chicken Wings

Slice ginger and garlic, chopped green onion. Make a cut on the chestnut shell.

Cut a knife on the chestnut shell, put it in a pot and cook for 5 minutes on high heat, remove it, and peel off the shell after cooling.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add chicken wings, and fry on medium-low heat until both sides are slightly yellow.

Add ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise and rock sugar and stir fry to create a fragrant flavor, then add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and cooking wine.

Pour in a proper amount of boiling water, pour in the chestnuts, turn to medium and low heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

When the soup is thick, add salt to taste, and sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.
Tips:
1. Treat chestnuts—— After cutting the chestnuts, boil them in water, or put them in a microwave oven on high heat for 3 minutes before peeling the shells.
2. Choice of ingredients-chicken wings are more tender, you can also choose chicken thighs or whole chicken cuts, just as delicious!
