Chestnut Stewed Chicken Soup

Put the chestnut in the water and boil for 3 minutes to remove, peel off the chestnut shell.

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Put the chicken pieces in a pot of cold water, boil and blanch for 5 minutes, then remove them for use.

Put chicken nuggets, chestnuts, and ginger slices in a pot and boil on high heat. Change to low heat and boil for 1 and a half hours.

Finally, add wolfberry and salt to taste.
Tips:
If chestnuts are troublesome to peel, you can buy them with good peels when you buy them.
