Chi Xiang Kelp Shreds

Wash the kelp, shred, and blanch in a pot under water. Add some white vinegar when blanching the water, and the kelp will be cooked quickly.

The millet is spicy and cut into chili rings, the green onion is chopped, and the garlic is minced.

Put the spicy millet, shallots, and garlic on the kelp.

Heat a little hot oil and pour on the onion and garlic.

Add salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame paste, sesame oil and mix well.

Tips:
If the sesame sauce is too dry, add a little hot water or dilute with sesame oil before mixing in.
