Chiba Tofu

1. Chiba tofu slices.

2. Cut celery into sections, chop green and red peppers, and soak the fungus.

3. Plum meat slices.

4. Slice garlic.

5. The plum meat is marinated for a while with cooking wine, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce.
