Chiba Tofu Pork

Boil the pork belly and cut into pieces for later use.

Slightly fry the Chiba tofu until golden on both sides and cut into pieces.

Heat the pan into the oil to melt the brown sugar, add the meat and stir fry.

Stir in the hot water without meat, add soy sauce, and then add ginger and shallots.

After boiling, transfer to a rice cooker to boil.

Add the thousand-page tofu cubes and stir slightly.

Bring to a boil once, keep warm and simmer for half an hour. Repeat again.

Collect the juice at the end; season with a little salt to taste. One inadvertently kept warm, the flesh was crispy and fragrant. Thousand pages of tofu is tasteful enough to be tough and chewy.
