Chiba Tofu with Tempeh

1. Ingredients: sliced Chiba tofu, sliced plum meat, sliced carrot, sliced garlic.

2. Put the oil in the pot and fry the Chiba tofu.

3. Fry until browned on both sides and set aside.

4. Put the oil in the pan and add the meat slices (the meat slices are marinated with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch for a while) and fry until the color changes.

5. Add carrots and garlic stalks and stir fry for a while.

6. Add Chiba tofu.

7. Add appropriate amount of tempeh.

8. Stir fry evenly.

9. Add appropriate amount of water and light soy sauce to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook until tasty.

10. Sprinkle in garlic leaves.

11. Stir-fry evenly.

12. Finished platter.
