Chiba Tofu with Tempeh

Ingredients: sliced Chiba tofu, sliced plum meat, sliced carrot, sliced garlic.

Put the oil in the pot and fry the Chiba tofu.

Fry until browned on both sides and set aside.

Put the oil in the pan and add the meat slices (the meat slices are marinated with light soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch for a while) and fry until the color changes.
