Chicken and Vegetable Roll (air Fryer)

Prepare a chicken drumstick

Remove the bones, leaving the whole chicken

Sprinkle the chicken with salt, black pepper, cooking wine, marinate for 10 minutes

Wash the beans and set aside. Wash the potatoes and peel them. Cut the chicken into long strips and spread the chicken on the chopping board. Take off the thick part and fill the thin part. Try to make the thickness even.

Adjust the air fryer to 200 degrees and preheat for 5 minutes

Put the chicken roll wrapped in tin foil into the preheated air fryer

Use salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, 5ml cooking oil to make a sauce

After 10 minutes, open the tin foil, brush the adjusted sauce evenly on the chicken rolls, continue to cover the tin foil and bake for 10 minutes

It takes a total of 20 minutes and the fragrant chicken and vegetable rolls are ready
