My friend gave me some chicken skeletons, but the refrigerator couldn’t fit, so I immediately went to the yard to pick some mustard greens and came back to make this simple soup. "

Chicken Bone Mustard Soup

1. The chicken skeleton was stamped into small pieces and boiled in boiling water.

2. Then pass the cold river to wash away the blood.

3. Boil half a pot of water and add the chicken skeleton.

4. Boil for about 20 minutes, the chicken bones will taste.

5. Pour a little olive oil into the pot, then add the mustard greens.

6. Boil on high heat for about ten minutes, put a little salt, pepper, and chicken powder off the heat and drink.

Tips:

Mustard greens are relatively cold, so ginger should be used, just because the ginger at home cannot be used up.
