Chicken Breast and Eggplant

Puree chicken breasts and put them in a bowl for later use

Make a cut in the middle of the eggplant, do not cut it off, then put it in the microwave and bake it for 3 minutes on medium heat

Add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and chopped green onions to the chicken breast, and mix well

Take out the eggplant from the microwave, and make a knife on the inner surface of the eggplant, and be careful not to cut it.
