Chicken Caishu Salad

Thaw the chicken breast, slice it in half, put some black pepper, squeeze some onion juice, salt, oil, and cornstarch with your hands to fully absorb it.

Heat the pan and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.

Add mayonnaise to tomato sauce to make Thousand Island sauce.

The lettuce is torn into slices by hand, (cutting with a knife is fine), colorful peppers are placed on top (cut into angular strips), topped with Thousand Island sauce and placed on chicken breasts (diagonally cut into slices, with a little avocado on top of the chicken).
