Chicken Chicory Sandwich
1.
Use the back of a knife to pat off the tendons of the chicken breast, but don't use too much force. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt, spread evenly, and marinate for 15 minutes (you can marinate in advance the night before and put it in the refrigerator)
2.
Take a frying pan, pour the oil over the heat, and fry the chicken breasts until golden on both sides
3.
Take a piece of toast and put a piece of cheese on it
4.
Put the fried chicken breast
5.
Put on the washed bittern
6.
Press a piece of toast
Tips:
1. The cheese can be replaced with salad dressing, but don’t use ketchup. The taste of ketchup and bittercory is conflicting.
2. The finished sandwich can be pressed by hand to fix the shape
