Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients: chicken breast, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs Seasoning: salt, black pepper

Slice the chicken breast.

Use a cooking hammer or rolling pin to flatten the chicken.

Season the chicken with salt and black pepper and pat to taste.
5.
Put slices of Swiss cheese on the chicken.
6.
Fold the chicken chops in half.
7.
Coat both sides of the chicken steak with breadcrumbs.
8.
Bake at 180℃ until golden on both sides.
9.
