Chicken Croquette

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices, boil or steam them

Mash the steamed potatoes into mashed potatoes

Wash chicken breast and chop finely, and chop onion

Heat the pan and add vegetable oil; add the minced onion and fry until fragrant, then add the minced chicken breast; fry until the color turns white, add salt, sugar, and pepper to taste, stir and stir evenly

Put the mixed corn kernels in a pot and blanch water to drain the water, (the mixed corn kernels are already cooked)

Add the fried chicken and blanched corn kernels to the mashed potatoes, mix well, divide into 8 equal parts, and knead them into a ball

After kneading the dough, squeeze it slightly to form a cake. Dip the cakes with flour in order.

Dip it in egg wash, and wrap it in breadcrumbs at the end

Wrap everything in breadcrumbs and compact it, let it rest for a while
10.
Put it in a frying pan, fry until golden brown and crispy, remove the oil to control the oil (dip it in your favorite sauce or eat it directly).
