Chicken Curry

Prepare the ingredients

Wash the drumsticks, cut into small pieces and rinse with water

Drain the chicken legs and marinate them with salt and cornstarch. There is no cornstarch at home. I replaced it with an egg white.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into even-sized hobs, then wash them in water twice

Peel and cut carrots, similar in size to potatoes

Onion diced

Wash the green peppers and break them into small pieces

Peel the apple and cut into small cubes

Put five or six layers of edible oil in the pot and add onion and stir fry until it is fragrant.

Put the chicken nuggets and stir fry. PS Because the egg white is put, you must drain the egg white piece by piece, or it will become a scrambled egg

Add the potato wedges and carrots and stir fry them

Add diced apples and stir fry

Add green peppers and stir fry

Put the water in the water, soak the ingredients, and bring it to a boil

Add curry cubes, stir to melt, change to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes

When the potatoes are cooked and rotten, they can be changed to a high fire to collect the juice and get out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The chicken is marinated in advance and then fried.
2. Putting in the diced apple is seen from a TV, it is said to be the winning trick for delicious chicken curry!
3. After putting the curry cubes down, keep turning over, otherwise it will be easy to stick!
