Chicken Curry

1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into pieces, put them in water to remove excess starch, peel carrots, wash and cut into pieces, peel off onions, wash and cut into pieces.

2. Chop the chicken legs into pieces, wash and blanch the water, remove and drain the water. When blanching, add cooking wine to the water to remove the fishy.

3. Heat the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of oil, add onions and saute until fragrant.

4. Add the chicken nuggets and stir fry a few times, then pour in a little light soy sauce to taste.

5. Add carrots and cut potato pieces and continue to fry for a few more times.

6. Add appropriate amount of warm water and bring to a boil. Turn to medium and low heat and simmer.

7. Add curry cubes and cook until potatoes and carrots are cooked through. Season with salt.

8. Serve ready to serve.
