Chicken Curry with Mashed Potatoes

Wash the potatoes, peel off the skin, and cut into chunks.

Put the cut potato pieces into a large bowl and steam for 30 minutes.

After steaming, take it out and let it cool, pour out the excess water, and use the back of a spoon to roll it into puree.

Add salt and black pepper and mix well.

Tips:
1. When cutting potatoes, cut them as small as possible, so that the potatoes are easier to steam.
2. When shaping the mashed potatoes, be sure to put a plastic wrap on the bottom of the bowl to prevent the mashed potatoes from sticking to the bowl and affecting the film removal.
