Chicken Drumsticks Rice

Prepare ingredients: chicken legs, sausages, rice, cumin barbecue sauce, sweet red peppers, etc.;

Wash the chicken legs and remove the bone; PS: It is better to remove the bone with a special bone removal knife.

Boneless chicken thighs, pour cumin barbecue sauce and marinate for 30 minutes;

Use the time of marinating chicken drumsticks to fry rice, and stir fragrant sausages in a low heat in a hot pot;

Pour in rice, red pepper, stir fry, add salt, soy sauce, and chives to stir-fry evenly;

The fried rice is served and let cool, set aside;

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes; cut into pieces after baking, and then pour honey sauce. PS: Each oven is different, the temperature and time are slightly different.
Tips:
1. Be careful when removing the bones of the chicken legs, and not to rot the skin and meat;
2. The marinating time should be enough, and the chicken drumsticks should be fried in flavor;
3. The fried rice should be kept cool before being stuffed, so that it is not sticky and the chicken thigh meat is fresh and tender;
