Chicken Drumsticks Stewed with Radish

Cut chicken drumsticks and radish into pieces.

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic.
3.
Saute the scallions, ginger, garlic, and stir-fry the chicken thighs to change color.

Add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, vinegar.
5.
Add radish, stir-fry slightly, add salt and water to stew.
6.
Collect the juice over the fire.
