Chicken Feet in Black Bean Sauce

Wash the chicken feet, cut into two sections, and remove the nails.

Add the cooking wine and dark soy sauce to the boiling pot and bring the chicken feet to a boil

Remove and dry

When the frying pan is fried, be sure to cover the pan.
