Chicken Feet Soy Soup

Ingredients: chicken feet (washed and blanched), soybeans (soaked), chives

Wash the soaked soybeans and put them in a pressure cooker.

Then, combine the blanched chicken feet and add some water.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

Next, close the lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Then, add 2 tablespoons of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Season to mix well.

Finally, put it out into a large bowl, put the chives, and serve.
