Chicken Fennel Rotten Rice

Cut the green onion into sections, pat the fruit with the back of a knife, and wash the ginger with the back of the knife.

Wash the chicken breast and put it in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add ginger, green onion, grass fruit, and cooking wine to cook.

Remove the cooked chicken and let it cool, then tear it into shreds by hand.

Remove the green onions, ginger and grass fruit from the chicken soup. Pour the chicken broth into a casserole and boil, add the washed rice to make the porridge.

Stir frequently when cooking porridge, so that the cooked porridge will be moisturized.

When the porridge is almost cooked, add the shredded chicken and continue cooking for ten minutes.

Wash the fennel vegetables and cut into the ends.

Put the fennel vegetables in the porridge and cook for two minutes, add salt and sesame oil and serve.
Tips:
The fennel vegetables should be put in last, do not cook for too long, so as not to turn yellow and unsightly.
