Chicken Ham West Toast
1.
Prepare the required materials.
2.
Cut the chicken into thin slices and marinate it with oil, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and ginger.
3.
Cut bread slices aside and set aside.
4.
Heat oil in the pot, add the marinated chicken and fry until fragrant.
5.
Beat the eggs into a bowl and beat them into a uniform egg mixture. (It is better to choose a larger and shallower bowl, which is more convenient for the bread to dip into the egg liquid)
6.
Thinly slice the ham and set aside.
7.
Place a slice of ham on the repaired toast slice.
8.
Put another piece of fried chicken on it.
9.
Cover with another slice of toast.
10.
Dip egg wash on both sides of the prepared toast.
11.
Put it in a saucepan and fry slowly over low heat.
12.
Fry until golden on both sides and remove.
13.
After letting cool a bit, cut diagonally with a knife. (If there is too much oil, you can use kitchen paper to soak up the oil.)
Tips:
1. If you think the slice of bread is too thick, you can press it with a knife, which is more convenient to operate.
2. When the bread is soaked in the egg mixture, the action must be fast, because the bread slices will be soaked if they are soaked for too long.
3. Cut the chicken and ham slices as thin as possible, so that it is easier to glue the two slices of bread together.
4. When frying, fry slowly on low heat to prevent the egg mixture from not being cooked.
