Marinated chicken legs with soy sauce, cooking wine, Nande, Shisanxiang, sugar and cumin powder. Fry the chicken thighs first. After the skin changes color, pour in the marinated sauce and stir fry, then add boiling water, then pour in the colored soy sauce and rock sugar, cover and simmer. Wrap the chicken thighs with the remaining sauce and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. This will make the taste more tender on the outside and tender on the inside.
