Chicken Liver and Spinach Porridge

Boil the chicken liver in water for 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Cut spinach into sections, slice chicken liver, mince green onion and ginger and set aside.

After the rice porridge is cooked, add the chicken liver slices and cook for 1 minute until the chicken liver is cooked through.
4.
Add spinach again.

Add white pepper, salt, light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil to taste.
